Since 2005, Jeff and Kristin McIntire have owned and operated commercial cleaning businesses, first on the rocky coast of Downeast Maine, and currently on the soft, sandy shores of Tampa Bay. Our approach hasn't changed over the last 16 years: we pride ourselves on quality, detailed cleaning and aim to set ourselves apart from other cleaning companies with our hands-on owner approach. J.M.McIntire Commercial Cleaning provided janitorial services as well as carpet cleaning and hard flooring maintenance and refinishing. Some of the clients included health centers, YMCAs, office buildings, schools, golf shops, automotive shops, boat yards and yes, even boats.
Jeff and his family started to visit the Clearwater area on a regular basis a few years ago. As the visits continued to be a highlight through the years, a move to the sunshine state became more and more of an intent rather than a dream. Many hours were spent both looking into the business market and the communities to call home. By the end of the summer of 2015, that dream started to become a reality as Jeff and Kristin sold their business in Maine, packed the family and the pets, and headed to the Clearwater area prepared to start Reliance Commercial Cleaning.
They are looking forward to providing the businesses of Pinellas County with the same hardy, “New England” work ethic that many businesses relied on in Maine. The name of the business has changed, but not the personal touch and attention to detail that sets us apart from others in the cleaning business.
